Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and BH Productions. By using blakehollifield.com, requesting a free audit, or hiring BH Productions, you agree to them. The specific scope, price, and timeline of any project are set in your written proposal or invoice, which works alongside these terms. If the two ever disagree, your signed proposal controls.
1. Who we are
BH Productions ("we," "I," or "us") is a web design and digital growth studio based in Georgetown, Texas, owned and operated by Blake Hollifield. You can reach us at blake@bhproductions.org.
2. The services
We design and build websites, redesign existing sites, and provide related digital growth work. Our current one-time projects are the Homepage Fix, the Site Redesign, and the Get Customers build. We also provide a free website audit. The exact deliverables for your project are listed in your proposal. A free audit is informational only and does not create a project agreement on its own.
3. Quotes, fees, and payment
- Project fees are quoted up front and agreed in writing before work begins.
- Unless your proposal says otherwise, a deposit is due to start the project and the balance is due before the site goes live or final files are handed over.
- Fees are in U.S. dollars. Prices shown on the site may change at any time and apply to new projects from the date of change.
- Deposits cover work already scheduled and started, so they are non-refundable once work has begun unless your proposal states otherwise.
- Third-party costs (for example domains, hosting, premium themes, apps, or ad spend) are your responsibility and are billed to your own accounts unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Your responsibilities
To keep your project on time, you agree to give us the materials we need (such as your logo, photos, service list, and account access) and to respond to requests and review drafts within a reasonable time. You confirm that any content, images, or trademarks you give us are yours to use or properly licensed. Delays in materials or feedback can move the timeline.
5. Timelines
We share an estimated timeline in your proposal and work to it. Timelines depend on receiving your materials and feedback on time, and on the scope staying the same. We are not responsible for delays caused by late input, scope changes, or third-party services.
6. Revisions and extra work
Each project includes the revisions listed in your proposal. Requests beyond that scope, new pages, or new features are extra work and are quoted and billed separately before we start them.
7. The performance guarantee
Our lead guarantee applies only to the Get Customers build and only when stated in your proposal. The promise: you get 10 qualified leads within 45 days of your site going live. A qualified lead is a real call, booking, order or quote from a real person. Every one is counted in a log you can see, and calls ring your own number. If the site falls short, we keep working on it at no extra cost or refund your build fee. You choose which.
The guarantee requires at least $300 per month in ads, paid straight to Google or Meta, for the full 45 days. It also assumes you launch the site, keep it live and unchanged by others, and follow our reasonable recommendations. It does not apply if tracking is removed or if factors outside our control prevent the site from running as delivered.
8. Ownership
When your project is paid in full, you own your website, your content, your domain, and your accounts. They are in your name, and if you ever leave, you take everything with you. We may keep a copy of the work and show it in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party elements (fonts, stock images, themes, plugins) stay under their own licenses, which pass to you where allowed.
9. Third-party services
Your site may rely on third-party services such as hosting, analytics, forms, or payment tools. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance, outages, pricing, or policies.
10. Warranties and disclaimer
We deliver our work with professional care. Except for the performance guarantee described above and anything written in your proposal, our services and this website are provided "as is." We do not promise specific search rankings, traffic, revenue, or results beyond the stated guarantee. We do not warrant that the website or this site will be error-free or available without interruption.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BH Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
12. Indemnification
You agree to cover and hold us harmless from claims that arise out of content or materials you provide, your use of the delivered work, or your breach of these terms.
13. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to do your project. You agree to keep our proposals, pricing, and methods confidential as well.
14. Cancellation
Either side may end a project in writing. If you cancel, you pay for the work completed up to that point, and deposits already applied are not refunded. You will receive the finished portions of any work you have paid for in full.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Changes apply to use of the site and to new projects from the date they are posted.
